About Us

In the year 1997, a group has been respectively founded by the late retired PNP General Dictador Alquiza and retired PA Inspector General Ramberto Saavedra and General Juan Victor Laurilla as a Consultant General for the purpose of intelligence gathering for anti-insurgency, anti-crime, anti-illegal drugs, human trafficking and other forms of crimes. The members consist of retired and active-in-the-services professionals. In the year 2012 the Great Warrior of Alimaong Tribes, Apo Amay Tawahig-ketua (Engr. Roderick B. Sumatra) have been part of the organization to be one of the head of officers representing Alimaong Tribes and impart their humbled heart, knowledge and skills for the mission and vision of TAOC-IG,Inc. The members were all submitting the intelligence report they have gathered and to be reported to the high-ranking officials.Until 2014, Bishop Galma T. Arcilla, became the successor to the organization and decided to register it for legal purposes, Transnational Anti-Organized Crime Intelligence Group, Inc. (TAOC-IG, Inc.) was born and he became the Director General.

He established order and system in the organization, having a military background and heart for intelligence, he made an effort for the organization to be recognized by The United Nations.


In 2015, TAOC-IG,Inc. organization has been invited to attend seminars and conferences in United Nations representing Transnational Anti-Organized Crime Intelligence Group, Inc. (TAOC-IG, Inc.). September 2-4, 2015, our Director Gen. Bishop Galma T. Arcilla and some of the officer of the organization were invited to attend the 16th International Anti-Corruption Conference that was held in Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, that provides new ideas on how to combat graft and corruption and opened an opportunity for HIM to have an account in the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) In Lyon France, as an intelligence officer to which we consistently submit reports even up to present.

On October 26-28, 2015, the organization was recognized for its contribution by the regional headquarters of UNODC in Bangkok, Thailand for submitting accomplishment reports. March 23, 2016, he attended the Asian Legal Business Hong Kong Anti-Corruption Conference together with some members of the organization.


On April 28, 2016, he participated in Asian Legal Anti-Corruption Summit held here in the Philippines. The organization had been consistently and continuously pursuing the advocacy they have started, to help our beloved country by eradicating graft and corruptions and all forms of criminality against humanity and environment.


After training in IACA, he decided to go to the National Headquarters of UNODC at Vienna Austria together with our member of (TAOC-IG,Inc.) based in Italy, to personally meet some UNODC personnel.


On January 23-February 1, 2023 he attended the regular session of the committee on NGOs at United Nations Headquarters, New York, USA. On that conference we have been chosen as part of the committee of NGOs, Director General Galma T. Arcilla the first Filipino who became a member on Committee on NGO'S also first Organization to be a member of Committee on NGO'S representing Transnational Anti-Organized Crime Intelligence Group, Inc. (TAOC-IG, Inc.) as Director General.

  • To grow a proficient portfolio of intelligence networks to work hand in hand with the law enforcement units of the Philippines and members allied, allied countries. To combat terrorism, transnational organized crime, and other forms of crimes against humanity.

  • To monitor and coordinate all activities of all law enforcement agencies relative to transnational crime committed against of affecting the Philippines.

  • To Create a secure and safe environment.

Mission

To grow a proficient portfolio of intelligence networks to work hand in hand with the law enforcement units of the Philippines and member countries of the United Nations committed to combat transnational organized crime, human trafficking, illegal drugs, prostitution, corruption, terrorism, human rights violations, kidnapping, and other forms of crimes against humanity and environment.

Goals/Objectives

  1. To promote world peace and order, eradicate graft and corruption as well as criminality.
  2. To empower people and create humanitarian activities via livelihood programs and trainings.
  3. To design and implement programs that will effectively address environmental concerns.
  4. To avert moral degradation and effect a paradigm shift among the people through values formation and spiritual transformation seminars and workshops.
  5. To strengthen our working partnership with local government agencies and with the United Nations and other international peacekeeping groups.
  6. To assist community-based organizations in securing funding for livelihood projects from funding institutions local and overseas.
  7. To awaken people’s sense of responsibility and awareness of duties as citizens of this country and of this world.
